No "Night Before" Jitters Here!!

-Luke and I must have iron stomachs! Luke decided to pull a goat chop out of the freezer and grill it! We got it at the farmer's market last summer and my husband decided to cook it now. I must say we were hesitant to try it. But when it came down to it it tasted just like....meat. Not wild not weird, just like meat- kinda tough in spots- but meat all the same. Beata at work asked me "How's it taste?" Then she said- "I hope it's not baaaaad!" Luke and I got a kick out of that!

-Well we are all packed- still. The house is ready. I had my interview today which I think went well. No problems that I can foresee except that maybe I was too casual in my speaking. I guess time will tell. Luke and I had so much time on our hands that we went to hit softballs and golf balls at the RAC and then went swimming. That was nice. Now home to watch The Sopranos and hit the sack. Tomorrow we travel. Bon Voyage!

I have read through your itinerary and it sounds like you have a lot of neat things planned that you are going to be doing! Sounds very exciting! Lisa it is a good thing you did the planning because I would have procrastinated until the night before too-must be a Fenton things maybe! Looking forward to hearing how things are going! Bye for now...
