Valentine Sugar cookies

Erik did a good job rolling out his own portion of the scraps.  He did have practice with lefse making.

We frosted after dinner, before picking up Luke.  Erik frosted maybe 8 cookies.  He would take one or two bites of a cookie, put it down and frost another.  Then eat one or two bites of another cookie.  The ones he ate were the nice ones I frosted....He had like 4 partially eaten ones in front of him!  Ding dong.

Laina was pretty fussy, she's tired and sicky.  I don't think she frosted any cookies, she might have eaten two un frosted ones though.
